Polls and votes cast on RealityBuzz reflect unofficial audience sentiment only. Votes recorded on this platform have zero impact on actual televised nominations, eliminations, or final voting outcomes. Official show voting must be completed via the official broadcast channels (such as the JioCinema application).
3. Fair Play & Anti-Bot Policy
To preserve authentic community sentiment, RealityBuzz implements strict rate-limits and fair-play mechanisms:
- Each user is allocated 5 daily sentiment votes, refilling at midnight (Asia/Kolkata timezone).
- You agree not to deploy automated scripts, web spiders, bots, proxy networks, or automated headless tools to artificially inflate or manipulate contestant standing percentages.
- RealityBuzz reserves the right to block suspicious IP clusters, discard fraudulent polling traffic, or ban abusive actors from leaderboard generation.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Commentary
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and product names (including "Bigg Boss" and contestant public personas) appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their reference on RealityBuzz is strictly for identification, non-profit commentary, news reporting, and fair-use editorial fan engagement under international and Indian copyright doctrines.
Our custom leaderboard design, card generator canvas logic, interactive code, and original editorial synthesis are proprietary to RealityBuzz.
5. Limitation of Liability
RealityBuzz provides all content, polling widgets, and real-time house updates on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall RealityBuzz or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform.
